It is very important.

 

A successful approach is to create an effective slow cooling zone and use a side-by-side blower with a honeycomb to create an advection wind for good cooling of the melt stream. During the stretching process, as the processing speed (i.e., the second heat roller speed) is increased, the yield is proportionally increased, the production cost is lowered, and the dyeing uniformity is improved. However, when the processing speed is too high, the product breaks and the filaments increase, so it is necessary to weigh the appropriate processing speed.

 

If the tension is insufficient and the tension is lowered, the amplitude of the yarn is increased, which may cause the filaments and the broken ends, but the excessive tension may have a negative effect on the formation and unwinding of the cake.

 

In terms of the relationship between the adhesion of the oil agent and the fiber fluffing, maintaining a high concentration of the oil emulsion and the oil content of the silk can reduce the filament of the polypropylene FDY yarn, but also prevent the oil concentration from being too high. This results in a decrease in oil permeability and a decrease in silk quality.

 

The polypropylene FDY yarn oiling method can select oil on the nozzle and oil on the oil tanker. The oiling on the nozzle can effectively reduce the spinning tension, but the uniformity of the oiling is not good, which causes the tension of the yarn to fluctuate greatly during the stretching process, and the product has many spots.

 

Oil is applied by the oil tanker. Although the oil is evenly distributed and the dyeing uniformity is good, the spinning tension is large, so that the yarn and the breakage rate are increased, the consumption is increased, and the full-volume rate is lowered. To this end, the oil tanker can be used for oiling, and by adjusting the speed of the oil tanker and the angle of the yarn and the angle of the oil tanker, the spinning tension can be effectively reduced, and the occurrence of the filament and the broken head can be reduced.
